Spiking |
||
|
A spiked drink can change a night out in seconds. It can happen to anyone, regardless of age, gender, sexuality or ethnicity, and it isn't always carried out by strangers.
To reduce the risk, keep your drink with you, avoid accepting drinks from people you dont know and always watch your drink being poured. Just as importantly, look out for your friends and be aware of the possible signs of spiking.
If you think you or someone else has been spiked:
If you are at a pub or club inform a member of staff as soon as you can If you or someone you know is in immediate danger please call 999 If you suspect you or someone you know has been spiked you can report it online via West Mercia Police or call 101 Dont go home on your own or leave with someone you don't know If there is any evidence preserve it if you can | ||
